Your order will be shipped within 1 business day, and it'll be shipped with USPS. Most orders include tracking numbers, have fun watching your parcel make its way to you!

A: For most of your orders, yes! Some small orders have cheaper shipping options that don't include tracking. Q: What do the delivery timeline mean?
A: Your kawaii packages are delivered with USPS, and I ship them as soon as possible after your order comes in! Once they're shipped, they are entirely in USPS's hands. The delivery timelines noted are estimates, not guarantees.
Note that during busier periods (such as holiday season), some of you may experience some delay and your patience would be very much appreciated! If you have not received your package 2 weeks past the expected time frame, please contact me.
Q: Is the tracking info accurate?
A: This is entirely in USPS's hands, and it is accurate most of the time in my experience. If anything is amiss, please check with your local post office to see if your package was playing hide and seek. Most misplaced packages find their way to their rightful owners this way.
