Q: Where are your products made?
A: All the kawaii self-care stationery and goods you find on this website are handmade in California, USA.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! I offer free shipping in the US for over $50. For more information about shipping (expedited options, tracking etc), see the shipping info page.

Q: What do you mean by "water resistant"?
A: This means the product is protected from accidental spills or sudden tears. It's also wipeable for easy cleaning. However, this does not mean they can be submerged or soaked for any length of time without damage, so please don't use it during bath time.

Q: What is "stamp preference" in the greeting card and postcard listings?
A: As you know, I strive to provide excellent customer service to all my lovely supporters! To make your lives easier and more convenient, I offer the option to include USPS postal stamps when you purchase greeting cards or postcards. If you're planning to post your greeting card or postcard, pick the option that includes a stamp, and I'll include one in your kawaii package! Once you're ready, simply stick the stamp on and you're good to go. (A moment of silence for the poor souls lining up at the post office for a stamp).

• Stamp (global) = a stamp that's suitable for global / international destinations.

Q: Do the designs of the stamps vary?
A: The stamp designs may be the same, or they may vary. It'll be a surprise every time!

A: All items on this website are listed in USD.
